Abstract

The results of applied researches on grounding the
underground resource-saving technology providing
for a cardinal losses reduction during the exploitation of high-valued Kyshtym quartz deposit are set
forth.The systematization of technology ramping
medium power deposit is performed, according to
which variants of combined mining method with
high completeness of quartz subsurface excavation
are designed. In terms of the of the developed methods for determining ore losses and dilution by the
combined mining system the dependences of changing quartz losses from the power and ore body pitch
angle are obtained. According to the criterion of
minimum high-value granular quartz losses in the
depths the most competitive options of combined
mining system are set.
