Abstract

The experience was studied and the advantages of
arrangement a processing complex underground
during mining free-milling iron ores were revealed.
As the example of the Estyuninskaya iron ore mine
with strategic production capacity of 5 million tons
of ore per a year a rational technological scheme of
extraction the deep horizons stocks, based on the
ascending and descending order of development
the reserves and underground processing complex
employment.. The methods of determining the optimum arrangement of the underground processing
complex in horizontal and vertical planes is proposed. In terms of economic and mathematical options modeling both the optimal arrangement of the
underground processing complex in the step of
opening and rational scheme of cargoes transportation (ore, rock, tailings and concentrate) are determined.
