Abstract

The article describes the results of work on improvement of system of payment of labour of drivers
of dump trucks of LLC "Eastern-beysky open-pit
mine". A feature of the approach is to increase the
difficulty of communication of results and payment
of workers on the basis of the criterion of "productive time".
