JUSTIFICATION OF DECISIONS AFTER EXAMINATION ACCIDENTS ON RAILWAYS PIT

Abstract

The article gives examples of the practice of independent examinations after accidents and incidents.
It is shown that accumulated in the Mining Institute
of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a large experimental and methodological material in the field of
railway transport operation career provides the accuracy required to make estimates, the use of reliable and mutually recognized participants in the
work of simple measurable criteria for modeling expert work.
