The theoretical statements, methodical procedures
and recommendations, directed on revealing regularities in scientific studies, are set forth that are the
basis for mining and technological processes determination and development. It is shown that they are
most reliably expressed and interpreted by the
method of non-linear function and factor regression,
that combines their determinism and statistical randomness. Two examples of regularity revealing are
cited.
