Abstract

The viability of the mining enterprise is based on the
successful implementation of the appropriate
development strategy. The success of realization of
the mining plant development strategy depends on
the director and key staff lines on the
implementation the goals and objectives of the
development, the staff system of values, level of
motivation, the skill and health components
determining the quality and quantity of human
energy in a work process. The human factor is the
energy influence of the worker and the personnel on
the production process realized at the plant as a
social and economic system. One of the tools of the
head’s influence on the human factor and the results
of monitoring its influence on the production
process is the standardization of the relations and
the interaction of staff and resources consumption.
