Abstract

The forecasting stability estimate of pits’ edges in classical approach is carried out in terms of landslide sliding
surfaces formation under the influence of its own rocks
weight that are mapped by them.. In practice, except landslide processes different variants of primary rock mass
state failure are observed.. State violations of rocks and
pits’ edges arising from the heterogeneity of the stress-deformed state and block structure are watched. Particular
dangers are presented by compressive stress concentration zones, occurring under the influence of modern geodynamic movements. The paper considers the methods of
field research parameters of up-to-date geo-dynamic
movements using satellite geodesy technology and methods to plot fields of stressed-deformed state when estimating pit’ edges stability.
