Abstract

The specifics of deep-seated complex-structured deposits development is grounded and the need for periodic review of technical and technological solutions adopted in the project of surface mining are substantiated, including the dependence on changes in geological and mining information as mining progresses and the working zone moves to deeper horizons, as well as the subsequent transition on underground or combined deposit mining are based.
A methodical approach is proposed based on the study of transient processes, the main task of which is technical, technological and organizational actions in realization the adopted innovative solutions on adaptation the mining and organizational and
technological system of the ore mining and processing plant to the changing conditions of its functioning.
