Abstract

Within the framework of the General principles of
nature management, resource managing in subsurface use is reduced to identifying, studying and
preparing for the direct extraction of minerals from
the subsurface. The main decisions for preserving
the resource potential in subsurface use are to
make when choosing the method of development,
justifying the internal structure of the technology
that ensures minimal resource losses, and implementing a system for managing the quality of extracted raw materials. The above given analysis of
criteria that affect the resource potential of placers
is of practical interest when conducting a preliminary technical and economic assessment. The increase in the resource potential of the placer is
achieved by reducing operational and technological losses during the extraction of productive mass
in the quarry space, in natural and man-made formations and technogenic objects formed from rocks
with a non-industrial concentration of minerals
and low-power layers.
