Abstract

At the present, mining science and technology are being perfected in the direction of the maximum possible automatizaton of mining processes, the final goal of these improvements can be a “unmanned quarry” where all operations will be performed by
remotely controlled machines or automatic computer programs. The article proposes a technological scheme for mining operations with the use of a mining combine, an automated transshipment complex and automaticaly dump trucks. The automatized reloading complex includes a crawler chassis, an internal combustion engine, a frame, carriages with bunkers and hydraulic cylinders for their vertical and horizontal moving and rotation, load cells, automated control system for the overload process and other equipment. Bunkers of the complex are consistently loaded by the conveyor of a mining
combine and unloaded into the bodies of dump trucks. The implementation of auto reloading complexes while excavating dense and easily developed semi-rocky rocks will significantly increase the productivity of quarry combines, reduce the cost of
mining and improve the profitability of mining industries.
