Abstract

This article provides an overview and design features of quarry hoisting installations, both existing
in the quarries of Russia and abroad, and promising developments. The technological parameters
are systematized, conclusions are drawn about the
possible prospects and possible structural and
technological limitations of their application.
Structural solutions aimed at the possibility of expanding the scope of application are analyzed. We
give the diagram of dependence of annual productivity on the maximum of the platform speed and of
the lifting height, which allows us to conclude that
it is advisable to increase the speed. We give the
dependence diagram of the metal consumption of
automobile and skip slope quarry hoisting installations on the loading capacity of dump trucks and
the lifting height, which allows us to determine the
rational depth of use.
