IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE INSTITUTE OF MINING OF THE URAL BRANCH OF THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES IN THE FIEALD OF YOUTH POLICY

Abstract

At the state level, the implementation of youth policy should ensure a steady increase of the number of young people motivated for positive actions, sharing universal and national spiritual values, having good physical health, engaged in physical culture and sports, which do not have bad habits and work at their personal and professional development, love their Fatherland and are ready to protect its interests, and make efforts for the dynamic development of a strong and independent Russian Federation. Youth policy of the Institute of Mining, UB of RAS, is aimed at ensuring competitiveness by establishing an efficient system of the forming and the best use of the intellectual potential of the team, ensuring the development of fundamental and technological foundations for the development of the mining complex and innovative processes of mining development and deep processing of multicomponent mineral raw materials for expansion and import substitution of the resource base of ferrous and
nonferrous metallurgy.
The competitiveness of the Institute at the world level is achieved by: bringing the publication activity of researchers to the level of requirements for institutes of the 1st category; improving the skills of the research team and increasing the number of doctors of science; rejuvenation of the staff of researchers with degrees of candidates and doctors of science; updating and developing the material
and technical base.
