HANDLING ECOLOGICAL PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF LINEAR OBJECTS IN THE KHABAROVSK TERRITORY CONDUCTING EXPLORATION OF MINERAL RESOURCES

Abstract

The article presents the identification of environmental problems associated with the construction of
linear structures in the Khabarovsk region during
mineral resources development (the Khabarovsk -
Lidoga – Busan road and the Sakhalin-Vladivostok
pipeline, as an example). The results obtained
through this study demonstrate the capacity of soil
microorganisms being a bio-indicator of electromagnetic pollution of the environment. Finally, the
recommendations are given to reduce the negative
impact of linear structures on soil-vegetable cover.
