Abstract

This article considers schemes of formation of crushing and conveyor complexes on boards of deep pits with belt and high-angle conveyors, with stationary crushing and transshipment points and with mobile crushing and transshipment systems, developing following: deep-laying mineral deposits with a big area in the plan; steeply-dipping deep-laying fields with small sizes in the plan; inclined deep-laying fields with a small width and extended in the plan; and also rocky fields with large space sizes. It marks out the main factors which influence the choice of the scheme of cyclic and line technology: the sizes of a mineral deposit and depth of its bedding, thickness of the covering layer overburden breeds, distance of transportation of mountain weight to collection points on the surface, condition of mining operations at the time of cyclic-flow technology (CFT) implementation.
