Abstract

The attempt to determine the directions of the state's
strategic priorities of innovative development of
mineral raw material base in the Arctic, in the
framework of the national innovation system as a
space structure (through a set of institutes, mechanisms and instruments) was made in this article. It
is connected with the sharpening problem of efficiency of the Arctic region progress on a global
scale. This attempt was made by means of studying
foreign experience on arrangement subsurface resources management, identification of main factors
affecting the development of innovative subsurface
resources management in the Arctic region, as well
as by systematization of possible ways of international cooperation.
