Abstract

The multiannual geological, geomechanical and astrophysical studies have proved the periodic expansion and compression of our Galaxy’s stars, the Sun and the Earth. This phenomenon can be the most informative one observed on the Earth over millions of years. Over the last 28 years it has been found that there is the changing of the relative deformation and stress state of the Earth's crust in the Ural underground mines and proved that this is the influence of astrophysical processes in space, and the relative deformation εAF is numerically common to other regions of the Earth. Taking into account the obtained εAF, a method for determining the speeds of 3 types of neutrino has been developed, and these speeds are less than the speed of light by 10-20-30 km/s . The obtained results allow to determine the length of the bases in the experiments MINOS (USA), OPERA (Europe) and T2K (Japan) by time passage of neutrinos, that is to use them as a "neutrino" range finders on the very long bases in hundreds kilometers to determine εAF. The average values of εAF around the world are proposed to adjust the bases specified by means of satellite navigation systems GPS and GLONASS to determine the true bases b = BGPS(1+εAF), and to determine σAF in addition to the gravitational and tectonic elements in accordance with the law of the formation of the natural stresses in the Earth's crust. We propose to consider the space-borne waves of density of quantized time-and-space as the most probable cause for changing εAF and σAF, and, according to developers of quantum theory of superunification, these waves can be tracked instrumentally, which will allow to give a forecast for changing εAF and σAF for decades to come. According to the preliminary forecast, σAF in the next 10 - 20 years will increase from -18 to -30, -40 MPa, which will complicate or even make impossible the extraction of minerals due to the destruction of mine workings at depths more than 500 m.
