Abstract

Based on the generalization of working results of coal mining enterprises in points of industrial safety as well as accidents and injuries risk management, safety ensuring models have been typically specialized. The paper established that the exploited safety ensuring models cannot solve the tasks conflict between ensuring the production efficiency and ensuring the process safety. It has been proved that the required model of risk management at the coal mining enterprises should control the production risk, which includes injuries and accidents risks and risks of production task not-fulfilment. This model of production risk management will provide the coal mining enterprise with competitive advantages in conditions of high dynamic of its external and internal functioning environments.
