FROM THE SYSTEM «PIT» TO THE NEW INTELLECTUAL STRUCTURE OF OPEN CAST MINING

The transition to a new intellectual way, focused on intellectual technologies, working in an autonomous intellectual mode, is a promising direction to compensate for the impact of negative factors on the efficiency and complexity in subsoil development by open geotechnologies. The carried out comparison of mechanized, automated and robotic mining systems at the quarries have showed that the main advantage of the robotic system is the withdrawal of direct operating performers from the mining zone, it minimizes the influence of human factor on the performance of technological processes, contributes to the growth of productivity and ensure safety conditions of working at the quarries. Robotic mining system does not provide for the presence of mining workers directly in the forehead, it allows us to organize the production processes with the required intensity and safety. This system has special requirements for the smooth operation of the equipment and the reliability of information support. The use of robotic intelligence mining system has a significant influence not only on the production processes, but also on the construction parameters of mining systems and technological parameters of mining. When designing a robotic mining system for new areas of a field or for new fields, we should develop a new opening scheme in accordance with the special requirements, which could prevent of the intersection of mechanized and intelligent equipment. When designing a mining system, safety conditions determine largely the parameters of mining operations. Optimization of parameters of mining operations will provide a comprehensive efficiency, based on ensuring the safety of production, will effectively involve in the development hard-to-reach reserves of minerals in a changing natural resource base.
