Abstract

The paper describes the analytical processing of catalogues of seismic events instrumentally registered in hydrocarbon deposits of Orenburg region by Neftegaz-seismic network. The representativity of seismic data catalogues is evaluated using the commonly accepted method of allocation of a linear segment in dependence of the logarithm of the
number of seismic events having the prescribed magnitude to the magnitude or the angle of inclination of the recurrence graph. As a result, the refined and preliminary indicator of the magnitude of tectonic stresses respectively for Orenburgskoe and Baituganskoe hydrocarbon deposits has been obtained.
