The paper describes the preliminary results of diagnostics of changes in the stress-deformed state of the rock mass at the earthquake in the region of Katav-Ivanovsk (Russia) in September 2018. The data were obtained as a result of the regional geodynamics study using the raw data from the permanent Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) stations of the Urals.
