Abstract

The main objective of the study was to investigate the stress-deformed state (SDS) of concrete reinforcement of shafts and rock mass of deep horizons of the Gayskiy MPS. Since 2013, at the underground mine of the Gayskiy MPS, the study has been carried
out on the formation of the SDS of the concrete support to solve the problem of forecasting the shaft stability and preventing the emergencies during mining operations in structural elements of the development system. The problem of the shaft stability has caused the necessity to solve the problem of determining the level of the SDS and the strength properties in the concrete support. The parameters of the SDS of the shaft support and the monitoring of their changes have been determined for the first time in domestic practice by the slot unloading – a modernized method for measuring the unloading deformations.
The laboratory study and analytical modeling methods were also used. The research paper is determined by the need to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of measures for the rational method of extraction of mineral resources, providing the safety and completeness of its excavation and the reduction of irrational losses under otherwise equal conditions.
