Abstract

The actual problems of forming target liquidating
fund for petroleum deposits developed in terms of licence agreement are considered. Within the framework of the given research, the problems of legal and
economic character were studied. Besides the problems common for oil and gas organizations are
viewed in brief. The variantsthat could be practically
realized are proposed
