Abstract

It is shown that for efficient implementation the
strategy of comprehensive natural resources development sampling the deposits, mineral raw materials and products of its processing is necessary. But
the problem continues to be inadmissibly disregarded by science and practice. The reasons and
negative after-effects of this phenomenon are mentioned. Top priority measures are proposed.
