Abstract

The problems of ensuring the territories’ safety, disturbed by mining the deposits of mineral resources
during and after mining plants liquidation are
viewed.
The main kinds of risks as well as defining factors
and specific character of their manifestation by
open pit and subsurface mining are revealed. Both
the structure of monitoring system and program of
its performance are determined.
