The geo-technologic strategy of an iron ore deposit
development is grounded. The integrated subsurface
geo-technology of mining and processing iron ores
is proposed that provides complete utilization of
wastes of mining and processing operations and reduces expenditures for ore raw material mining and
processing. The schemes of preparation, stoping
and filling have been designed and grouped employing self-propelled equipment for descending development of thick and medium-thick ore bodies. Rational variants of chamber mining system with dry
filling are worked out providing stability of filling
rock mass. Calculations on defining capital outlays
value for construction a subsurface processing complex are performed. Economic expediency of a subsurface processing complex construction in iron ore
mines is determined. Rational patterns of transportation ore, rock and products of processing in the
mine’s area are determined. The dependence of capital outlays and operating costs for transportation
cargoes of subsurface processing complex against
its disposition is set.
