Abstract

The article describes the results of observations
over the process of surface displacement when mine
workings of an iron ore deposit are liquidated and
flooded. Visual observations, global navigation satellite systems and analytical estimate of the results
are utilized. Since the beginning of the flooding
trending surface uplift has begun that is continuing
for five years. Motion stagnation is expected in 12-
15 years after water drainage has been ended. The
local geo-informational system (GIS) that will be the
basis for decision-making on under-worked territory economic rehabilitation was founded
