Abstract

The materials published in the article were obtained during the research program of the Presidium of Russian academy of sciences No. 14 (No.
34) execution "Fundamental problems of regional
economy" by the Chelyabinsk branch Institute of
mining UB RAS. The prospect of development safety providing systems in coal mines with subsurface
mining is the focus of these systems on management the risks of hazardous events origin. The
priority task of coal plants is to reduce the risk
portion of hazardous events caused by safe-ty requirements violations
