Abstract

The relevance of the research problem depends on the increasing trend of corporate training of employees at the mining-engineering complex of Russia, which, in turn, has led to the creation and development of special units in the enterprise structure – educational centers, which have the function of staff training under taking into account the specificity of the enterprise and of organizing the corporate staff training.
Systematization of corporate personnel training in the conditions of educational departments of the enterprise is possible by modeling professional competence of the personnel, development of educational technology to build the professional competence of the corporation staff, using the educational process within and outside of the enterprise in reliance on the specific activities of the company and its sectoral focus, as well as by the development of technology of professional competence building at workers of the mining and machine-building complex.
The purpose of this article is to describe the authors' system of corporate training of employees of the mining and machine-building complex of Russia.
